Throughout her career, Janice has led campaigns and strategic initiatives for organizations and communities including Cambridge, Ohio VCB; Parkersburg, West Virginia; Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce; Downtown Steubenville Revitalization; Summit County, Ohio; Green Area Chamber of Commerce; Wheeling Chamber of Commerce; the City of Canton, Ohio, and many others. Her work blends strategic planning, digital infrastructure, brand positioning, and audience behavior to help communities attract attention, investment, and engagement.
In addition to her work in economic development and destination marketing, she is also the host of Media Rebel Unplugged, a podcast ranked in the top 10% globally, where she leads conversations around leadership, growth, resilience, business, and women’s empowerment.
Janice is also the author of Rebel Rising Within, a book centered on reclaiming your voice, rebuilding self-trust, and rising with clarity and purpose.
